01 — Principles
Frontend, backend, and infrastructure are handled by the same people who understand the whole system — not handed off between specialists who never talk to each other.
We scope the system before we scope the sprint. Decisions about data, auth, and infrastructure get made deliberately, not discovered three months in.
CI/CD, monitoring, and error handling aren't a phase-two add-on. Everything we build is designed to run under real users from the first release.
We'd rather tell you a timeline is unrealistic before we start than blow through it after. Fewer surprises, better decisions.
